Financial Service Centers of New York (FSCNY) is the state trade association of licensed check cashers in New York, where FSCNY member companies have been providing financial services to the public for nearly 70 years under the supervision of the New York State Banking Department.  Throughout its history, the New York licensed check cashing industry period has demonstrated an unimpeachable record of financial stability and customer service.
